We currently only send directly to those from Food Establishments. For other consumers, a wide range of our products are available from most major supermarket chains nationwide. 

If you are buying direct, you will also need to meet a minimum order quantity to qualify as a direct customer. For establishments located in Auckland, the minimum order is 200kg. Everywhere else (nationwide), the minimum order is 300kg. 

To order your frozen food, simply locate your desired product(s) on our website. From here, you must complete a form. Once completed, a member of our friendly team will contact you to finalise your order. Please get in touch with us if you have any specific product requests, and we will point you in the right direction.

To track your orders, simply contact your sales representative with your order number, and we will be able to provide you with tracking information for your shipment.
